We start the year by raising funds and awareness of Pediatric Cancer.
In October, we had a great time at Bay Ridge’s Ragamuffin Parade.
The 6th Grade had a Bake Sale to raise money for the Susan G. Koman Race for the Cure.
We decorated neighborhood store windows for the Community Council’s Art Contest. All of our students won Gold in the Contest
We collected food twice for the 4th Avenue Presbyterian Church in Bay Ridge.
Our Girls’ Group wrapped Christmas gifts for the children at Maimonides Pediatric Cancer Center.
Our Girls’ Group had a Bake Sale to raise money for an animal rescue.
The Juniors Girl Scout troop invited Councilman Justin Brannan to speak to us about his work to pass laws to help protect animals in New York City. The Juniors Troop and Young Women’s Leadership Group are collaborating to sponsor as animal adoption event this spring. We are so proud of our students who are working to help animals!
