Nursery, Pre-K, Kindergarten
Walking into LES is like walking into a big hug….
In Pre-School, the hug is the teacher who makes separating from mom or dad a little easier, is patient when a child is tired, provides age-appropriate play and will help your child grow into a confident and independent person by fostering a love for school in these critical years.
LES offers both morning and full-day programs for Nursery and Pre-Kindergarten to meet the needs of our students and parents. Full-day students also have the option of attending our After-School program.

Elementary School (Grades 1–4)
Developing Academic and Personal Excellence
Their hug is being in a valued-centered school where our students appreciate each other for their uniqueness, are encouraged to take intellectual risks as they tackle more challenging academic work, and feel safe in the knowledge that there are caring adults to support them when they need it.
There are many exciting new additions to our students’ school experience when moving up to the Elementary school division. They begin visiting the art studio, working with a science specialist, wearing a uniform, and attending “Big Chapel.”

Middle School (Grades 5–8)
Leaders of the Future
Their hug is the mutual respect students and teachers have for one another as our adolescent students begin to form their own dreams and identities. Our students understand that they have a responsibility to be good examples for the younger students at LES and to extend their “hugs” to the broader community by serving as reading buddies, safety-monitors, and leaders.
In order to ensure that our students reach their fullest potential, a more challenging and accelerated curriculum is offered for students who qualify in Math.
